Welcome to the BroncoNet Player of the Year. This award has been running since 1997, and has been well supported by visitors to BroncoNet. In 2000 it underwent a restructure, adding to it, not only fans votes, but votes by the webmaster, and by a selected opposition fan.

Talented fullback Darren Lockyer has made this award his own, winning it in 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001 and now 2002. Gorden Tallis interrupted his reign in 1999. In this section you will find all past winners, plus you will be able to vote for the best player each week. Remember, this is a vote for the best performers each week, not the most popular player.
