The 21-year-old tackling machine may have only made a handful of appearances for the Broncos in 2004, but he has already created a reputation as a man others want in their footy team. As effective as he is tireless in the defensive line, Stagg pulled of a club record 64 tackles against the Sharks in round 21. His work ethic in defence may well result in him scoring a permanent fixture as the workhorse in the Broncos top side in 2005.
