9 players with appearances for the Broncos to their credit will line-up for the Toowoomba Clydesdales in a trial match against Souths Logan at Mitchell, west of Roma, this Saturday night.

The side will be captained by unlucky Bronco, Carl Webb, who is ready and raring to go after injury and criticism dampened the hopes of a very solid career. That is not to say, however, that the career of Carl Webb is over, after losing 7kg over an impressive off-season of fighting for his career.

Webb?s main goal will be to play well enough to get into the good-books Broncos? coach Wayne Bennett again.

The side also features retired Bronco, Ben Ikin, who agreed to have a year at the Clydesdales at the end of 2003.

The match will kick-off at 7:30pm.
